Zesty Lemon

​

Moist Lemon sponge with baked in juicy lemon jellies and layered with a lemon curd buttercream & zesty lemon curd.

Peach & White Chocolate

​

Light and airy pale orange flavoured, genoese sponge layered with white chocolate buttercream & peach preserve.

​

Rhubarb & Custard

​

Light and airy, rhubarb flavoured genoese sponge, layered with a white chocolate custard ganache &

rhubarb & ginger preserve.

 Strawberry Champagne 

​

Light, white airy genoese sponge layered with white chocolate champagne flavoured buttercream & strawberry preserve.

Cherry Bakewell

​

Light, white airy Almond flavoured genoese sponge layered with a sweet vanilla buttercream

& black cherry preserve.

Chocolate Fudge

​

Rich and decadent chocolate fudge cake layered with a thick and creamy Belgian chocolate ganache buttercream.​

 

​Chocolate Salted Caramel

​

Rich and decadent chocolate cake filled with a layer of rich Belgian chocolate ganache and a thick salted caramel.

Peanut Snicker

​

The same recipe as our Chocolate salted Caramel with the addition of a layer of crunchy peanut butter.

Carrot & Walnut (Nuts Optional)

​

Delicious and super moist carrot and walnut sponge layered with a simple vanilla or orange buttercream.

Chocolate Jaffa Orange

​

Rich and decadent orange flavoured chocolate cake with generous layers of Belgian chocolate orange ganache

& tangy Jaffa orange jelly.

Toffee Biscoff

​

Moist Toffee sponge layered with Biscoff spread, toffee sauce and white chocolate buttercream.

Sticky Toffee Custard

​

Moist, rich and dark sticky toffee and date sponge layered with Belgian chocolate white custard ganache and toffee sauce.

Coconut Cream

​

Moist coconut sponge layered with coconut flavoured white chocolate buttercream and a thin layer of strawberry preserve.​

 

Blueberry & White Chocolate

​

Light, airy Genoese sponge filled with pockets of fresh Blueberries, white chocolate buttercream filling and a blueberry preserve.
