Light and airy pale orange flavoured, genoese sponge layered with white Belgian chocolate orange ganache & a peach preserve.

Rhubarb & Custard

Light and airy, rhubarb flavoured genoese sponge, layered with a white custard Belgian chocolate ganache &

rhubarb & ginger preserve.

 Strawberry Champagne 

Light, white airy genoese sponge layered with champagne flavoured Belgian chocolate white ganache & strawberry preserve.

Cherry Bakewell (may contain Nuts)

Light, white airy Almond flavoured genoese sponge layered with a sweet vanilla buttercream

& sour cherry preserve.

Chocolate Fudge

Rich and decadent chocolate fudge cake layered with a thick and creamy Belgian chocolate ganache buttercream.

Red Velvet

Deep red coloured chocolate sponge with a moist velvety texture layered with a creamy custard

flavoured Belgian chocolate white ganache.

Chocolate Salted Caramel

Rich and decadent chocolate mud cake filled with a layer of rich Belgian chocolate ganache and a thick salted caramel.

Peanut Snicker

The same recipe as our Chocolate salted Caramel with the addition of a layer of crunchy peanut butter.

Carrot & Walnut (Nuts Optional)

Delicious and super moist carrot and walnut sponge layered with a simply vanilla buttercream.

Chocolate Jaffa Orange

Rich and decadent orange flavoured chocolate mud cake with generous layers of Belgian chocolate orange ganache

& tangy Jaffa orange preserve.

Toffee Biscoff (Biscoff Optional)

Moist Toffee sponge with baked in chocolate chips, layered with Biscoff spread, toffee sauce and white Belgian chocolate

ganache or toffee buttercream if you prefer something sweeter.

Sticky Toffee Custard

Moist, rich and dark sticky toffee and date sponge layered with Belgian chocolate white custard ganache and toffee sauce.

Coconut Cream

Moist coconut sponge layered with coconut flavoured Belgian white chocolate ganache and a thin layer of strawberry preserve.

Coconut Dark


Same moist coconut sponge as our Coconut cream but with a dark Belgian chocolate, coconut flavoured ganache.

Blueberry & White Chocolate

Light, airy Genoese sponge filled with pockets of fresh Blueberries, white ganache filling and a blueberry preserve.
