We just wanted to say a great big thank you - our cake was perfect, just what we wanted. The combination of lemon sponge and chocolate cake were fantastic and best of all it was so good that all our guests ate it and Liam and I managed to have the tinest piece to share - it was heavenly!!

It's absolutely unforgivable that it's taken so long to write and thank you for the wonderful wedding cake you made for us for our wedding on the 3rd May. It looked amazing, tasted absolutely fantastic and smelt pretty darn good too! Chocolate was definitely the way to go! The favours went down a storm aswell. You might have seen that we named the tables after famous Newcastle and Man City players so everyone chuckled when they saw the cookies. Sissel, Stian's aunt was also over the moon with her gluten free mini wedding cake. In general I think she normally gets a bit of a raw deal at these gatherings so she was well chuffed and felt very included.
So thanks again Sandy, you did the most wonderful job and I'm sure you'll be getting more orders from us... but hopefully not for another wedding cake!!

WOW! I'm sorry for the delay but you know how it is after the event trying to get my feet back on the ground.
Michael and I really can not thank you enough, you created exactly what we dreamt of and the heart theme ran through the whole day. The cakes were delicious and were commented on by all the guests. Michael and I even had a spare couple the following Friday after the wedding with clotted cream YUM and they were not stale or dry atall. This way I also managed to eat one vanilla and one chocolate BONUS!
Forgotton how they tasted now though can you please send some more ha ha!

I appreciate the time and effort you made in creating the most wonderful cakes we had ever seen and for going to such lengths to make sure all the colours matched and blended.
Fudge also went down a treat, where is your shop? We would like to pop in and scoff! Our family really enjoyed the fudge and we would certainly like to buy some for Christmas presents.
I have NEVER seen such a fantastic cake in all my life and the elegance and sophistication reflected that less is more was better without fairy lights. I almost cried when it arrived as it was more beautiful than I ever imagined (far nicer than the pictures).
I am sending a thank you in the post but could not include a picture of the cake on it - you will see what I mean. The space available for cake was landscape and of course eveyone photographs the cake in portrait. But I do hope you will carry it with you for wedding fairs etc and if you every need a recommendation you know where we are.
