Here at The Cake Garden we live, breathe, sleep and eat cake! Every creation we produce is given the same love and attention we'd give to our own wedding or celebration cake. Its not just the personal, friendly and professional service that makes us special, its our cakes!

We use only the highest quality of ingredients to produce what are some of the most fantastic cakes ever tasted -we've fed thousands of people and all agree they are pretty memorable! We offer a limited, exclusive service and create a limited number of cakes per week, this ensures we have the time to give each cake our fullest and special attention.

Our team have over 30 years of combined decorating experience and we are fully conversant with all aspects of cake decorating and sugarcraft. Everything is handcrafted from delicate sugarflowers to handmade chocolates and fudges.

We are happy to take telephone or email orders if you wish to order a cake based on one of our designs or your own - please call or email with your requirements and we'll be pleased to quote a cost for you.

Our shop is stocked with most everything you'd need to make your own cake. You can purchase our dry cake mixes (our lemon cake fly's off the shelves), marzipans, coloured sugarpastes, belguim chocolate pastes, chocolate cigarellos, our handmade chocolate roses, cupcake cases (foil, coloured and patterns), ready made cream cheese frostiings to cover your cupcakes, decorations, wide range of ribbons and trims, cake boxes and boards, cupcake boxes to hold 1, 4, 12, 24 cakes. Flowerpaste, cutters, veiners etc etc.

We also make to order sugar and chocolate flowers and foliage, cake decorations and handmade chocolates and fudges if you wish to pack your own favours or gifts.

Should you like us to create your cake, please take a moment to review some important points.

Design and Consultation

We prefer to have any informal face to face chat to discuss your wedding cake design however are happy to discuss over the telephone if time is a premium to you.

Orders

Ideally we require 3 months notice for wedding cake orders and 1 month for special occasion cakes. (Exceptions can be accommodated where possible – please enquire and we’ll check our order book). If you are getting married within the months of April to October please try and reserve your date with us at least 1 year prior as our diary fills up quite rapidly during these busy months.

Our 2011 diary is 50% full, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Payment

Wedding cakes - a £50 deposit (non refundable) with your order and the balance payable 4 weeks before your delivery date. We are happy to reserve your event date for a deposit of £50 and can arrange a design consultation at a later date. Special occasion cakes – Payable 2 weeks before your delivery date. The Cake Garden will supply you with written order confirmation & deposit receipts.
